VBS 2026 "FAITH EXPEDITION" CHILD Registration

It's time for Vacation Bible School!
All children are welcome, so invite your neighbors, cousins, and friends!

VBS is from 9am-12pm, June 15-19, and is open to ages 3 through (rising) 5th grade.


*** VERY IMPORTANT***

• Please fill out ALL of the required questions.
• There will be a form for EACH child.
• We cannot accept any children who do not have a completed registration form.

 **Please register your child/children based on the grade they will be entering in the fall. For example, if your child will be starting 3rd grade in the fall, please sign them up for the 3rd grade category.

***Please do NOT register your child for the wrong grade if their grade is full!!!!
Spots will open when there are cancellations, and we will make every effort to make space for your child in the proper grade as VBS gets closer and we have a better idea of how many will be attending.

Space is limited, so please register early!
A waitlist will be started for any grade that becomes full.
If you'd like your child to be placed on the waitlist, please provide your name and the grade your waitlisted child will be entering to: Blythe Sizemore at blythe@covenantlifepca.com. We will contact you if a spot opens up.

All children being registered for the three year old group MUST be 3 years old by June 1st, 2026. Potty trained required.
If you are signing up multiple children, they may be signed up on the same registration, but each child needs to have a SEPARATE question form filled out.

We are excited to announce that we will once again be partnering with Anchor Your Life as our VBS missions project. The money raised will be used to purchase winter coats for the children in Lesoto.
